The process for Aspida calibration is very simple, please follow these steps:



Step 1:

Connect your aspida to the PC via a USB A to USB lead

 


Step 2:

Open the Analox Aspida shortcut

Step 3:

 The software should load with your device identified under found devices

Step 4:

Select your device (under found devices (click the icon) then click sensor settings

Step 5:

Select the sensor you wish to calibrate and click calibrate

Step 6:

In the calibration window, click next

NB. it is always best to low calibrate prior to high calibration


Step 7:

Select low calibrate the sensor, and change the gas content value to the content of your low calibration gas (in ppm) (100% N2 would be preferable)


Step 8:

Click next

Step 9:

Follow the instructions for connecting regulator to a gas cylinder and click next

Follow the instructions for connecting the flow adapter to your device and click next

Step 11:

Turn the calibration gas on and click next

Step 12:

Wait for the reading to stabilise and click calibrate

Then move on to the sensor high calibration. The instructions should guide you through this step by step.
