Can I use the ACG to measure Heliox or Trimix gas mixes?
ANSWER
No, the use of helium will produce inaccurate sensor readings. This inaccuracy is caused by the effect helium has on the internal flow rates of the gases to the sensors and a direct effect on the sensitivity of some sensors. We have plans to develop a version of the ACG for this purpose, please contact Analox for information.
