We've recently had a few customers asking whether it would be possible for them to modify their older O2NE+ and 10yr O2NE to use the newly released 9100-2650/T oxygen sensors. This is a relatively simple process and shouldn't be a problem for a suitably qualified technician to carry out. We have described the process in the attached document as well as demonstrated the modification of a device in the video below
A few tools will be necessary for carrying out the device modification, these are as follows:
- PPE: (Gloves, goggles)
- Drill
- 15mm spanner
- Knife
- Ruler
- Tweezers
- Deburring tool
- PZ1 screwdriver
- 16mm stepped bit
- 2mm bit
You will also need the following consumables:
- Replacement oxygen cell (9100-2650/T)
- Filter (1000-1600)
Once modification is complete, please view the Calibration solution for guidance on device calibration
